Affordable, Accessible, Sustainable Homes

In 2009, Victoria's bushfires were the worst in Australia's history. The Victorian Bushfire Recovery & Reconstruction Authority, the Department of Human Services and the Office of the Victorian Architect ran a competition in which Victorian builders and architects were invited to submit tenders for the design & construction of 3 bedroom homes that were 6 star energy rated and BAL 40 bushfire compliant.

As the winning team entry, Wheeler Design & Construction and Visionary Design Development are pleased to present our range of affordable homes to all bushfire affected communities and to everyone interested in obtaining an affordable home.
